The invention relates to the technical field of electric motor coach axles, and in particular to an all-wheel drive electric motor coach steering drive axle. An inner hole of each hub is fixed to theouter side face of the steering knuckle hollow shaft through a deep groove ball bearing. A first through hole is transversely formed in the steering knuckle hollow shaft, a planet carrier is fixed tothe end face of the steering knuckle hollow shaft, a second through hole communicated with the first through hole is transversely formed in the planet carrier, a transmission half shaft outer sectionis arranged in the first through hole and the second through hole, and the end, extending out of the second through hole, of the transmission half shaft outer section is connected with a planetary gear reducer. Distributed wheel-side drive is adopted, a set of steering mechanism is arranged, large-space low-floor can be achieved while the double-transverse-arm independent suspension is adopted, and arrangement of the chassis is optimized. By the adoption of the structure, the immature distributed driving mode of a hub motor is replaced, the defect that a double-wishbone independent suspensionis difficult to arrange in space is overcome, and all-wheel driving and all-wheel steering of the passenger car can be achieved.

    本发明涉及电动客车车桥技术领域,具体涉及一种全轮驱动式电动客车转向驱动桥,每个轮毂的内孔通过深沟球轴承固定在转向羊角空心轴的外侧面上,转向羊角空心轴上横向开设有第一通孔,转向羊角空心轴的端面上固定有行星架,行星架上横向设置有与第一通孔相通的第二通孔,第一通孔和第二通孔内设置有传动半轴外段,传动半轴外段伸出第二通孔的一端连接行星齿轮减速器。本发明采用分布式轮边驱动,并配有一套转向机构,采用双横臂独立悬架的同时也能实现大空间低地板,优化了底盘的布置。采用这种结构,代替了轮毂电机不成熟的分布式驱动的方式,克服了双横臂独立悬架空间布置困难的缺点,可实现客车全轮驱动、全轮转向。
