The charging pile parking space managementmethod comprises the steps of determining a target vehicle and the license plate related information of the target vehicle according to a snapshot first video image, wherein the first video image isa snapshot image at the entrance of a charging pile parking space; when it is determined that the target vehicle is a non-new energy vehicle according to the license plate related information, carrying out sub-brand identification on the target vehicle, and obtaining the sub-brand information of the target vehicle; and when it is determined that the target vehicle is a new energy vehicle accordingto the sub-brand information, controlling a parking space lock to be unlocked to allow the target vehicle to enter the charging pile parking space.
