The invention discloses a seamless steel tube for heavy hoisting machinery. The steel tube comprises a steel tube body, a creep-resistant magnesium alloy material layer, a nano SiC ceramic particle reinforced 35CrMo-based composite material layer, a TiAl3/Ti3AlC2/Al2O3 composite material layer and a niobium-copper alloy coating, wherein the creep-resistant magnesium alloy material layer and the nano SiC ceramic particle reinforced 35CrMo-based composite material layer are sequentially wrapped around the outer surface of the steel tube body, the inner surface of the steel tube body is plated with the niobium-copper alloy coating, and the TiAl3/Ti3AlC2/Al2O3 composite material layer is arranged on the inner surface of the niobium-copper alloy coating. According to the steel tube, by means ofthe mode, the creep resistance is good, the bending strength and torsional strength are excellent, and the service life is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种用于重型起重机械的无缝钢管,包括:钢管本体、抗蠕变镁合金材料层、纳米SiC陶瓷颗粒增强35CrMo基复合材料层、TiAl 3/Ti3AlC2/Al2O3复合材料层和铌铜合金镀层,所述的钢管本体的外表面依次包裹有所述的抗蠕变镁合金材料层和所述的纳米SiC陶瓷颗粒增强35CrMo基复合材料层,所述的钢管本体的内表面镀有所述的铌铜合金镀层,所述的铌铜合金镀层的内表面设置有所述的TiAl3/Ti3AlC2/Al2O3复合材料层。通过上述方式,本发明抗蠕变性能好,抗弯抗扭强度优异,延长了使用寿命。
