The instrument comprises a stand column, an aeronautical instrument body, a heat dissipation mechanism, a connecting wire restraining mechanism, a bottom plate and connecting plate mechanisms, the aeronautical instrument body is connected with one end of the stand column through adetachable connecting mechanism, and a binding post is installed on the lower surface of the aeronautical instrument body; the heat dissipation mechanism is connected with the aviation instrument body; the connecting wire restraining mechanism is connected with the aviation instrument body; the bottom plate is connected with the end, away from the aviation instrument body, of the stand column through a damping mechanism. The number of the connecting plate mechanisms is two, the two connecting plate mechanisms are both connected with the bottom plate, each connecting plate mechanism comprises amounting hole, a connecting plate, a connecting rod, a chute and a first spring, the two ends of the bottom plate are each provided with a chute, and a connecting rod is slidably connected into eachchute.
