The invention discloses an inner side framework type forced steering bogie and a railway vehicle. The inner side framework type forced steering bogie comprises an inner side framework, forced guide mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the inner side framework respectively, each forced guide mechanism comprises a guide base, a first pull rod and a second pull rod, the first pull rods and thesecond pull rods are connected with the guide bases respectively, and the far ends of the first pull rods and the far ends of the second pull rods are connected with axle boxes of front wheels and axle boxes of rear wheels respectively; each guide base is provided with a lever hole used for being connected with a vehicle body, and when the vehicle passes through a curve, the lever holes can drivethe forced guide mechanism to do arc motion through relative rotation generated by the vehicle body and the bogie, so that the radial positions of the front wheel pair and the rear wheel pair tend tobe changed. By the adoption of the inner side framework, the transverse span of the framework is reduced, and the mass of the framework is reduced; by adopting the wheel set with the single brake disc and the built-in bearing, the number of the brake discs is reduced, the length of the axle is shortened, and the mass of the wheel set is effectively reduced. Therefore, the mass of the whole bogieis effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种内侧构架式迫导向转向架及铁路车辆,包括:内侧构架,所述内侧构架的两侧分别设置迫导向机构,所述迫导向机构包括:导向座以及分别与所述导向座连接的第一拉杆和第二拉杆,所述第一拉杆和第二拉杆的远端分别与前、后轮的轴箱连接;所述导向座上设有用于与车体连接的杠杆孔,在通过曲线时,所述杠杆孔能够利用车体与转向架产生的相对转动,带动迫导向机构做圆弧运动,使前后轮对趋于曲线的径向位置形成变位。本发明通过采用内侧构架,减小了构架的横向跨距,降低了构架质量;通过采用单制动盘、轴承内置式轮对,压缩了制动盘数量,缩短了车轴长度,有效降低了轮对质量。这样整个转向架的质量也得以有效降低。
