The invention provides a steel wheel suspension type monorail vehicle corresponding wheel rail coupling system. The system includes a box girder, a bogie, a stable steel rail and a guide steel rail that are installed at the upper ends and the lower ends of two side walls in the box girder respectively, a stable steel wheel installed on the bogie and matched with the stable steel rail, a guide steel wheel installed on the bogie and matched with the guide steel rail, and a walking steel wheel installed on the bogie and matched with a walking steel rail. The rim of the stable steel wheel faces downwards and is attached to a rail head on the lower side of the stable steel rail; the rim of the guide steel wheel faces upwards and is attached to an upper side rail head of the guide steel rail; the rim of the walking steel wheel faces inwards and is attached to an inner side rail head of the walking steel rail, wheel rail abrasion is reduced, reliable stability of vehicle operation is guaranteed, damage caused by an attack angle due to wheel rail creeping is effectively avoided, and the wheel rail abrasion is reduced to a certain degree while the stability is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种钢轮悬挂式单轨车辆对应轮轨耦合系统,包括箱型梁、转向架、分别安装在所述箱型梁内部两侧壁上端和下端的稳定钢轨和导向钢轨、安装在箱型梁内部底端上的走行钢轨、安装在转向架上且与稳定钢轨配合的稳定钢轮、安装在转向架上且与所述导向钢轨配合的导向钢轮以及安装在所述转向架上且与走行钢轨相配合的走行钢轮;稳定钢轮的轮缘向下且与稳定钢轨下侧的轨头相贴合;导向钢轮的轮缘向上且与导向钢轨的上侧轨头相贴合;走行钢轮的轮缘向内且与所述走行钢轨的内侧轨头相贴合,降低了轮轨磨耗,保证车辆运行的可靠稳定性,且有效的解决了轮轨蠕滑造成的冲角引起的损坏,在保证稳定性的同时也在一定程度上降低了轮轨磨耗。
