The invention discloses a handrail design for preventing emergency brake of a bus by using non-Newtonian fluid. The handrail comprises a clamp, a cavity assembly, non-Newtonian fluid, a matching partand a handrail assembly, and the clamp is used for fixedly connecting the whole handrail design to the holding rod of the bus through bolt connection; the cavity assembly is fixed to the lower end ofthe clamp, the handrail assembly is fixed to the lower end of the cavity assembly, through the clamp, the cavity assembly and the handrail, the grabbing freedom degree of passengers can be guaranteedunder normal running of a vehicle, a fixed and firm handrail can be provided for the passengers under the emergency braking condition of the vehicle, and therefore the effects of stable standing, goodsupporting and self-safety guaranteeing can be achieved.
