The invention relates to a linear motor mounting structure of a medium-low speed maglev train, which comprises a motor stator and a motor beam arranged on a support arm, and further comprises a statorfloating mounting assembly for mounting the stator on the motor beam, the stator floating mounting assembly comprises a mounting hole formed in the motor beam, and the axis of the mounting hole is parallel to the vertical direction; the sleeve is fixed in the mounting hole, and a stepped hole is formed in the sleeve; the screw rod is sleeved with a spring, the screw rod penetrates into the sleevefrom the top end of the mounting hole, one end of the spring abuts against the step of the step hole, the other end of the spring abuts against an end cap of the screw rod or abuts against a nut mounted at the top of the screw rod, the screw rod can freely move up and down in the mounting hole, and the motor stator is hoisted at the lower end of the screw rod. The linear motor mounting structurecan automatically adjust the gap between the motor stator and the motor rotor according to different working conditions, so that the efficiency of the motor is improved, and the comprehensive energy consumption of a maglev train is reduced. The invention further discloses a medium-low speed maglev train.

    本发明涉及一种中低速磁悬浮列车的直线电机安装结构,包括电机定子以及设置在托臂上的电机梁,还包括用于将定子安装在电机梁上的定子浮动安装组件,定子浮动安装组件包括:开设在电机梁上且轴线平行于竖直方向的安装孔;固定在安装孔内的套筒,套筒内设置有台阶孔;套有弹簧的螺杆,螺杆由安装孔的顶端穿入套筒内,弹簧一端与台阶孔的台阶相抵,另一端与螺杆的端帽相抵或者与安装在螺杆顶部的螺母相抵,且螺杆在安装孔内能够自由上下运动,电机定子吊装于螺杆的下端。该直线电机安装结构能够根据工况的不同自动调节电机定子与电机转子之间的间隙,进而提高电机的效率,降低磁悬浮列车的综合能耗。本发明还公开了一种中低速磁悬浮列车。
