The invention relates to the technical field of tires, in particular to a steel wire bonding rubber composition with damp-heat aging resistance and steam aging resistance. The steel wire bonding rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-100 parts of natural rubber, 20-100 parts of a reinforcing filler, 1-5 parts of an adhesive resin and 3-7 parts of an adhesive. The preparation method has the beneficial effects that the problem of poor aging resistance of the rubber material caused by cobalt salt is solved, and the toxic effect of the cobalt salt on the environment and human bodies in the use process is reduced. Cobalt salt is not added into the formula, contact between a human body and the cobalt salt is avoided in the production process, and the greenertire production process is guaranteed; meanwhile, the catalytic aging effect of cobalt salt on rubber hydrocarbon is avoided, so that the durability of the adhesive rubber is better, the retention rate of the adhesive force under the damp and hot aging condition is better, the adhesive degradation is slower after steam aging, and the steel wire bonding rubber composition has great significance inprolonging the service life of tires and improving the retreading performance of the tires, and has great value for end users of truck and passenger car tires.

    本发明涉及轮胎的技术领域,具体涉及一种耐湿热老化及耐蒸汽老化的钢丝粘合橡胶组合物。包括下述组分:1~100份天然橡胶,20~100份补强填料,1~5份粘合树脂及3~7份粘合剂。有益效果:本发明解决了因钴盐导致的胶料耐老化性能差的问题,减少钴盐使用过程中对环境、人体的毒害作用。本发明配方中不添加钴盐,生产过程中避免了人体与钴盐的接触,保证了更绿色的轮胎生产过程;同时避免了钴盐对橡胶烃的催化老化作用,使得粘合橡胶的耐久性能更好,湿热老化条件下粘合力的保持率更好,且蒸汽老化后粘合降解更慢,这对提高轮胎的使用寿命及翻新性意义重大,对卡客车胎的终端用户意味着巨大的价值。
