The invention discloses an angle control device for hoisting a magnetic suspension track beam. A carrying pole beam, a top lifting lug arranged above the carrying pole beam and two bottom lifting lugsarranged below the carrying pole beam are included. The two bottom lifting lugs are symmetrically distributed with the vertical plane where the gravity center of the carrying pole beam is located asthe symmetric face. The top lifting lug is provided with a middle hoisting hole with the axis located on the vertical plane where the gravity center of the carrying pole beam is located and inclined hoisting holes located in the two sides of the middle hoisting hole. The angle control device has the beneficial effects that according to the scheme, different hoisting holes can be selected for hoisting work according to a linear section or curved section track beam, the linear section track beam can be horizontally hoisted, the curved section track beam can be obliquely hoisted, the later adjusting workload is reduced, and the construction efficiency can be better improved.
本发明公开了一种用于吊装磁悬浮轨道梁的角度控制装置,包括扁担梁、设置在扁担梁上方的顶部吊耳和两个设置在扁担梁下方的底部吊耳,两个底部吊耳以扁担梁重心所在竖直平面为对称面对称分布,所述的顶部吊耳上设置有轴线位于扁担梁重心所在竖直平面上的中间吊装孔和位于中间吊装孔两侧的倾斜吊装孔。本发明的有益效果是:本方案能够根据直线段或曲线段轨道梁选用不同的吊装孔进行吊装工作,能够使直线段轨道梁完成水平吊装,使曲线段轨道梁完成倾斜吊装,减少后期调整工作量,有利于提高施工效率。
