The invention discloses an underwater vehicle fuel cell hybrid propulsion system and a control method. The system comprises a proton exchange membrane fuel cell, a main DC-DC boost converter, an auxiliary DC-DC boost converter, a lithium battery pack, an underwater propulsion motor and an inverter of the underwater propulsion motor. The two DC-DC boost converters are connected in parallel in the same direction to form a double-DC-DC boost conversion system to be connected between the PEMFC and the lithium battery pack, and the output end of the lithium battery pack is directly connected with an inverter of the underwater propulsion motor. The double DC-DC boost conversion system performs cooperative control according to the working state of the PEMFC, and realizes working state switching of the PEMFC by adopting lithium battery pack state-of-charge hysteresis control; by means of cooperative control over the double DC-DC boost conversion systems and hysteresis control over the state ofcharge of the lithium battery pack, high-efficiency work of the fuel cell hybrid propulsion system is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种水下航行器燃料电池混合推进系统及控制方法,该系统包括质子交换膜燃料电池、主DC‑DC升压变换器、辅助DC‑DC升压变换器、锂电池组、水下推进电机及其逆变器;两个DC‑DC升压变换器同向并联组成双DC‑DC升压变换系统接入PEMFC和锂电池组之间,锂电池组输出端直接与水下推进电机的逆变器相连。双DC‑DC升压变换系统根据PEMFC的工作状态进行协同控制,并采用锂电池组荷电状态滞环控制实现PEMFC的工作状态切换;本发明通过对双DC‑DC升压变换系统的协同控制和锂电池组荷电状态滞环控制,实现燃料电池混合推进系统的高效率工作。
