The invention provides an underwater robot limiting control device. According to the invention, a front end and a rear end of an outer shell are fixedly connected with a front end cover and a rear endcover correspondingly. A contact electric switch is arranged in the outer shell; an ejector rod guide hole is formed in the front end cover, and the ejector rod is arranged in the guide hole and canmove in the extending direction of the guide hole; one end of the ejector rod is contacted with the contact electric switch, a limiting bump is arranged on the ejector rod outside the front end cover,and a shaft snap spring is arranged on the ejector rod inside the front end cover; a reset spring is installed on the ejector rod, and the ejector rod moves inwards after being stressed and compresses the reset spring until the limiting protruding block makes contact with the outer end face of the front end cover. After the ejector rod is not subjected to external force, the reset spring resets the ejector rod until the shaft snap spring is in contact with the inner side surface of the front end cover; and a watertight connector is arranged on the rear end cover. The device is simple in structure, convenient to install on site and capable of effectively improving the working efficiency.

    本发明提供了一种水下机器人机器人限位控制装置,外部壳体的前后两端分别与前端盖和后端盖固定连接;触点电开关设置在外部壳体内部;前端盖上设置有顶杆导向孔,顶杆设置在导向孔内并能够沿导向孔延伸方向运动;顶杆一端接触触点电开关,顶杆位于前端盖外侧部分设置有限位凸块,顶杆位于前端盖内侧部分设置有轴用卡簧;复位弹簧安装在顶杆上;顶杆受力后向内运动并压缩复位弹簧,直至限位凸块接触前端盖的外端面;顶杆不受外力后,复位弹簧对顶杆复位,直至轴用卡簧接触前端盖的内侧面;水密接插件设置在后端盖上。本发明结构简单、现场安装方便有效的提供了工作效率。
