The invention provides a linear centering and positioning system of ship shafting equipment. The system comprises a telescope, a bow reference point light target, a stern reference point light target,a gearbox front-end irradiation tool, a gearbox rear-end irradiation tool, an intermediate shaft dummy shaft irradiation tool, a stern shaft tube front end irradiation tool and a stern shaft tube rear end irradiation tool; the outer diameter of the dummy shaft is the same as the inner diameter of the intermediate bearing, and a front light target mounting cylinder and a rear light target mountingcylinder are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the dummy shaft. Thus, by means of cooperation of the hollow stern shaft tube, the intermediate bearing, the gearbox output shaft and the universal tool, irradiation centering with equipment can be carried out, and basic installation of a shafting can be completed on a shipway. After the gear box is positioned, the gear box is connected with the main machine through the output shaft, the main machine is accurately positioned, and basic installation of the main machine is completed.

    本发明提供一种船舶轴系设备的直线校中定位系统,包括望远镜、艏基准点光靶、艉基准点光靶,还包括:齿轮箱前端照光工装;齿轮箱后端照光工装;中间轴承假轴照光工装,该假轴外径与中间轴承内径相同,其前后端分别设有前光靶安装筒、后光靶安装筒;艉轴管前端照光工装;艉轴管后端照光工装。这样,利用了中空的艉轴管、中间轴承、齿轮箱输出轴及通用工装的配合,就可以进行带设备照光对中,在船台上就可以完成轴系的基本安装。齿轮箱定位好后,通过输出轴与主机联接,也将主机的位置精确定位,完成主机的基本安装。
