An FET (11) brings an upper-stream side power supply circuit (101a) into an energized state and brings the upper-stream side power supply circuit (101a) into a cut-off state. An FET (12) brings a down-stream side power supply circuit (101b) into an energized state and brings the down-stream side power supply circuit (101b) into a cut-off state. An FET (13) is connected in parallel with a capacitor(C), turned on to bring the anode and cathode electrodes of the capacitor (C) into an energized state, and turned off to bring the anode and cathode electrodes into a cut-off state. A control unit (50) turns on the FET (11) and the FET (12) and turns off the FET (13), thereby bringing a power supply circuit (101) into an energized state. When receiving a predetermined discharge request in the energized state of the power supply circuit (101), the control unit (50) turns off the FET (11) and turns on the FET (12) and the FET (13). With this configuration, this semiconductor relay control device (1) can appropriately deal with the power supply circuit (101) during an abnormal time.

    FET(11)使上游侧电源电路(101a)为通电状态,使上游侧电源电路(101a)为切断状态。FET(12)使下游侧电源电路(101b)为通电状态,使下游侧电源电路(101b)为切断状态。FET(13)与电容器(C)并联连接,通过导通而使电容器(C)的阳极与阴极为通电状态,通过截止而使阳极与阴极为切断状态。控制部(50)通过使FET(11)和FET(12)导通,且使FET(13)截止,从而使电源电路(101)为通电状态。控制部(50)在电源电路(101)的通电状态中被输入了预先确定的放电请求的情况下,使FET(11)截止,且使FET(12)和FET(13)导通。根据该结构,半导体继电器控制装置(1)能够在异常时恰当地处置电源电路(101)。
