The invention discloses a lifting device. The lifting device comprises a base, a bearing piece, a lifting supporting mechanism and a transmission module, wherein the bearing piece is arranged above the base in a mode of moving relative to the base; the lifting supporting mechanism comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod; the transmission module comprises an actuating unit, a transmission rod, a moving piece and a transmission part. When the actuating unit drives the transmission rod to rotate, the moving piece is driven by the transmission rod to move along the transmission rod, so that the moving piece can drive the first connecting rod to rotate in a first direction relative to the base through the transmission part and drive the second connecting rod to rotate in asecond direction relative to the first connecting rod through the transmission part, and the lifting supporting mechanism can further drive the bearing piece to move up and down relative to the base.The invention further discloses an intelligent logistics vehicle with the lifting device.

    本发明公开了一种升降装置,包括一底座、一承载件、一升降支撑机构及一传动模块。所述承载件以可相对所述底座活动的方式设置在所述底座的上方。所述升降支撑机构包括一第一连杆及一第二连杆。所述传动模块包括一致动单元、一传动杆、一移动件及一传动部。当所述致动单元驱动所述传动杆转动时,所述移动件被所述传动杆驱动而沿所述传动杆移动,使所述移动件能通过所述传动部,带动所述第一连杆相对所述底座沿一第一方向转动,及带动所述第二连杆相对所述第一连杆沿一第二方向转动,使所述升降支撑机构能带动所述承载件相对所述底座上下移动。本发明另公开了一种具有上述升降装置的智能物流车。
