The invention relates to the technical field of tower crane construction, in particular to a safety protection method of tower cranes. The safety protection method of the tower cranes is characterizedin that a relation curve between hoisting weight and output values is established based on side pressure type sensors so as to realize the calculation of hoisting torque values, the positions of theouter ends of tower arms of the tower cranes are acquired in real time through position acquisition equipment, collision analysis is carried out on any two tower cranes through a processor, and an analysis result is returned to a processing terminal. Compared with the prior art, the safety protection method of the tower cranes has the advantages that position information is acquired through the position acquisition equipment, data processing is carried out through the processor, feedback is carried out through the processing terminal, the whole anti-collision method is well organized, the anti-collision method having effects that operation is easy and convenient and processing is rapid is achieved through the original design of the data processing method; and specific collision conditionsand positions between the tower cranes can be accurately judged so that operating of the tower cranes can be timely and effectively adjusted, and the occurrence of safety accidents is prevented.

    本发明涉及塔式起重机施工技术领域,具体来说是一种塔式起重机的安全防护方法,基于旁压式传感器建立起吊重量与输出至之间的关系曲线,从而实现起吊力矩值的计算,通过位置采集设备实时采集塔式起重机的塔臂外端的位置,并通过处理器对任意两个塔式起重机进行碰撞解析,并返回解析结果至处理终端。本发明同现有技术相比,其优点在于:通过位置采集设备获取位置信息、通过处理器进行数据处理并通过处理终端进行反馈,整个防碰撞方法条理清晰,通过对数据处理方法的独创性设计,实现了运算简便、处理快捷的防碰撞方法,并且能精确判断塔式起重机之间的具体碰撞情况和位置,有助于及时有效地对塔式起重机的运作进行调整,并防止安全事故的发生。
