The invention provides a screw joint tool for flanging a bushing. A flanged bushing is used for an aviation covering cap. The bushing comprises a bushing conical surface and a bushing circular hole. The screw joint tool comprises a nut cushion block, a conical surface bolt and a forming nut; the conical surface angles of the nut cushion block and the conical surface bolt are consistent with the angle of the bushing conical surface; the nut cushion block is attached to the bushing conical surface on one side of the aviation covering cap; and the conical surface bolt is used for penetrating through the bushing circular hole from the other side of the aviation covering cap and exerting first preset torque on the conical surface bolt to enable the bushing to be flanged in advance; the conicalsurface bolt is attached to the bushing conical surface on one side of the covering cap; the forming nut is used for penetrating through the conical surface bolt, second preset torsion force is applied to the forming nut, and therefore, and the second flanging of the bushing is completed. The screw joint tool can improve the working efficiency and mounting quality of the flanging of the bushing; the screw joint tool is simple in form and is convenient to operate, and can meet the requirements of high precision and high reliability of model development.
