The invention provides a support of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The support comprises a supporting assembly and at least one group of connecting rods; the supporting assembly comprises a supporting member and two telescopic rods which are oppositely arranged; the supporting member and the two telescopic rods are arranged in parallel; the supporting member is connected with the first ends of the two telescopic rods; each group of connecting rods comprises two connecting rods which are oppositely arranged; the two ends of each connecting rod in the at least one group of connecting rods are fixedly connected with a corresponding supporting rod and the vehicle body of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the two telescopic rods are configured to extend or contract under the action of a first driving force; when the two telescopic rods extend, the second ends, opposite to the first ends, of the two telescopic rods extend into two through holes formed in a box body in parallel respectively, and drive the box body to move when the two telescopic rods contract, so that the box body is supported on the supporting member. The invention further provides an unmanned aerial vehicle.
