The invention discloses a hydraulic drive and control type wheel-track conversion device. The device comprises a central hexagonal bracket assembly, six sets of supporting mechanisms, six sets of edgering assemblies, three sets of rear vertex guide transmission assemblies, three sets of front vertex guide transmission assemblies, three sets of supporting block assemblies, three sets of guide support components, a center gear support assembly, three gear transmission assemblies, three sets of pistons, an oil supplying assembly for three sets of oil cylinders on the inner side, tracks, a main shaft, an inner brake assembly, an outer brake, an outer sleeve cup, an outer supporting assembly, an outer side braking oil supplying assembly, and a hydraulic motor, wherein the six sets of supporting mechanisms and the six sets of edge ring assemblies are uniformly arranged at the periphery of the device, the three sets of supporting block assemblies are arranged uniformly. According to the hydraulic drive and control type wheel-track conversion device of the invention, wheel-track interchange is achieved by taking the hydraulic motor as driving force and combining hydraulic control and mechanisms; wheels can be controlled to be used when a light military vehicle travels on a road; the tracks can be controlled to be used when the light military vehicle travels on a non-road site; and therefore, the passing performance of the light military vehicle can be improved.
本发明公布一种液压驱动与操控式轮履转换装置。包括一个中心的六角支架组件,外围均匀布置的六组支撑机构与六组边圈组件,三组后顶点导向传动组件,三组前顶点导向传动组件,均匀布置的三组支块组件,三组导向支座部件,一个中心齿轮支架组件与三路齿轮传动组件,三组活塞与内侧三组油缸的供油组件,履带,主轴与内制动组件,外制动与外套杯以及外支撑组件,外侧制动的供油组件,液压马达。本发明通过以液压马达为驱动力、液压操控与机构组合的方式实现了轮履互换,在道路上行驶时可以控制成轮子,非道路上行驶时可以控制成履带,以此能够提高轻型军车的通过性能。
