The invention provides a regenerative braking wheel-inversion-prevention control method for an electric vehicle and belongs to the field of electric vehicle braking. Whether the electric vehicle meetsa regenerative braking condition or not is judged based on accelerator pedal opening degree signals, gear signals, battery SOC signals, motor rotating speed signals, vehicle speed signals and ABS signals; if the electric vehicle meets the regenerative braking condition, further judgment is conducted; and if the electric vehicle does not meet the regenerative braking condition, a regenerative braking torque sent to a driving motor is zero. The further judgment comprises the steps that: when an ABS is not activated, and a vehicle speed difference value does not exceed a vehicle speed differencevalue threshold value, a motor regenerative braking torque obtained through MAP graph table look-up is sent to the driving motor; when the ABS is activated or the vehicle speed difference value exceeds the vehicle speed difference value threshold value, the motor regenerative braking torque sent to the driving motor is zero. The regenerative braking control method of the electric vehicle is optimized, so that the phenomenon of wheel inversion caused by regenerative braking torque in the process of driving the electric vehicle on a low-adhesion-coefficient road surface can be effectively prevented, and the normal driving of the vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车再生制动防车轮反转控制方法,涉及电动汽车制动领域。本发明基于加速踏板开度信号、档位信号、电池SOC信号、电机转速信号、车速信号和ABS信号判断电动汽车是否满足再生制动条件,若是,则进行进一步判断,否则不满足进入再生制动条件,发送给驱动电机的再生制动扭矩为零。进一步判断包括:当ABS未激活,车速差值未超过车速差值阈值时,将MAP图查表获得的电机再生制动扭矩发送给驱动电机,否则当ABS激活或者车速差值超过车速差值阈值时,发送驱动电机再生制动扭矩为零。本发明通过优化电动汽车的再生制动控制方法,能够有效的防止电动汽车在低附着系数路面行驶过程中由于再生制动扭矩导致的车轮反转现象,保证车辆正常行驶。
