The invention discloses a low-voltage maintenance switch device, a control method and a vehicle. The device is used for the maintenance of a vehicle high-voltage system loop. The device comprises a battery management system, a low-voltage power supply and a control switch; the battery management system, the low-voltage power supply and the control switch form a low-voltage circuit; the battery management system, the control switch and a vehicle controller form a high-voltage interlocking loop; the control switch is used for controlling the on-off of the low-voltage circuit and high-voltage interlocking loop; the vehicle controller is used for detecting the fault information of a vehicle high-voltage system loop; the battery management system is used for judging the on-off condition of thelow-voltage circuit and/or the high-voltage interlocking loop and controlling the closing or opening of a high-voltage relay according to the on-off condition. With the low-voltage maintenance switchdevice adopted, the power-off of the high-voltage system loop is achieved, and therefore, the assembly cost of the high-voltage system loop is saved, high-voltage electric shock accidents are reduced;and after a high-voltage system is powered off, a high-voltage loop detection point is detected, so that whether high-voltage electricity exists in the high-voltage system or not can be detected, andtherefore, the electric shock of workers is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种低压维修开关装置、控制方法及车辆,用于对车辆高压系统回路的维修,所述装置包括电池管理系统、低压电源和控制开关;电池管理系统、低压电源和控制开关形成低压电路,电池管理系统、控制开关和车辆控制器形成高压互锁回路;控制开关用于控制低压电路和高压互锁回路的通断;车辆控制器用于检测车辆高压系统回路的故障信息;电池管理系统用于判断低压电路和/或高压互锁回路的通断情况,并根据通断情况,控制高压继电器闭合或断开,通过设置低压维修开关实现高压系统回路的下电,节约了高压系统回路的装配成本,减少了高压触电事故,在高压系统下电后,通过检测高压回路检测点,检验高压系统是否还有高压电,防止工作人员触电。
