The invention relates to an automatic driving decision method and an automatic driving decision system for storing a decision knowledge base in a map. The automatic driving decision method comprises the following steps of dividing the map into blocks which are allowed to be overlapped but are not missed; for each block, according to the specific geographical environment of the block, analyzing thebehavior possibility of other vehicles, and generating geographical specificity decision knowledge; loading the geographic specific decision knowledge into the map to form a map with a decision knowledge base; enabling a vehicle in actual driving to extract the data from the map according to real-time positioning, loading the local geographical specificity decision-making knowledge while static environment information is loaded, so that the real-time decision making is achieved through a vehicle-mounted decision-making algorithm. According to the method, other vehicle behaviors can be more accurately predicted, meanwhile, the complexity of real-time decision making is reduced, and the calculation pressure is reduced.
