The invention provides an airplane airborne diet heating assembly. The assembly is composed of a frame, a control panel, a heating box, a heating water tank, a water accumulation box, storage compartments, a standby water tank compartment, a dustbin compartment and a dustbin. The frame is fixed by adopting honeycomb plates and section bar parts in a screw joint and gluing manner. The heating box and the frame are electrically connected in a butt joint mode through an electric connector and are fixed in a bolt and nut connecting mode. The heating water tank and the frame are in butt joint through an electric connector and fixed in a limiting mode. The storage compartments, the standby water tank compartment and the dustbin compartment are provided with door assemblies and can be opened or closed, and each door assembly is provided with two door locks, so that double locking is realized. Food and drinking water are heated through electrical control systems in the heating box and the heating water tank, the whole device adopts a shielding cable, and the problem of electromagnetic shielding of airborne equipment is solved through conductive oxidation treatment. According to the invention, the aerial flight diet and drinking water guarantee level is greatly improved, and the flight safety is ensured.

    本发明提供了一种飞机机载饮食加热组件。该组件由框架、控制面板、加热箱、加热水箱、积水盒、储物隔间、备用水箱隔间、垃圾箱隔间、垃圾箱构成。其中:框架采用蜂窝板与型材类零件通过螺接及胶结的方式固定;加热箱与框架的电气是通过电连接器对接,螺栓及螺母连接方式固定;加热水箱与框架的电气是通过电连接器对接,限位方式固定;储物隔间、备用水箱隔间及垃圾箱隔间为有门组件,可打开或关闭,每个门组件上安装两个门锁,实现双重锁闭;通过加热箱和加热水箱中的电气控制系统,实现食品和饮用水的加热,整套装置采用屏蔽线缆,通过导电氧化处理,解决了机载设备电磁屏蔽问题。本发明大大提高了空中飞行饮食、饮水保障水平,确保飞行安全。
