The system comprises a rotating shaft, a disposable component, an anti-rotation assembly and a driving device. The rotating shaft is movably connected with a submersible shell in a sealed mode, and the submersible shell divides the rotating shaft into a first rotating partlocated in the submersible and a second rotating part located outside the submersible. The disposable component is arranged outside the submersible, and the disposable component is movably connected with the second rotating part. The anti-rotation assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the submersible shell, and the anti-rotation assembly is used for preventing the disposable component from rotating. The driving device is arranged in the submersible, is used for driving the first rotating part to rotate, and is configured in a manner that when the driving device drives the first rotating part to rotate by a preset angle, the disposable component is separated from the second rotating part under the action of gravity. According to the invention, the submersible can rapidly float upwards in emergency, and the safety risk is reduced.
