The invention provides a windshield wiper structure capable of being continuously and automatically assembled at a high speed. The invention relates to the technical field of automobile auxiliary equipment. The windshield wiper structure comprises a steel sheet, an adhesive tape, an adhesive tape base, a sheath, a middle buckle, a mounting seat, edge heads and a joint, wherein the steel sheet is connected to the upper half portion of the adhesive tape base in a clamped mode, the adhesive tape is installed on the lower half portion of the adhesive tape base, the periphery of the steel sheet iswrapped with the sheath, the sheath is sleeved with the middle buckle, the mounting seat is fixed to the middle buckle, the joint is fixed to the mounting seat, and the edge heads are installed at thetwo ends of the middle buckle. The structure is improved, the rubber strip base is additionally arranged on the basis of an original windshield wiper structure, the rubber strip base plays a role inconnecting the rubber strip and the steel sheet, direct contact between the rubber strip and the steel sheet is avoided, and the service life of the rubber strip is prolonged; and each part can be automatically assembled, so that the manpower is greatly saved, and the working efficiency and quality are improved.
本发明提出可高速连续自动装配的雨刷结构,涉及汽车辅助设备技术领域,包括钢片、胶条、胶条底座、护套、中扣、安装座、边头及接头,所述钢片卡接在所述胶条底座的上半部分,所述胶条安装在所述胶条底座的下半部分,所述钢片外围包裹有护套,所述护套外套接有中扣,所述安装座固定在所述中扣上,所述安装座上固定有接头,所述中扣的两端安装有边头。本发明通过对结构的改进,在原有雨刷结构的基础上增加胶条底座,胶条底座起到连接胶条和钢片的作用,避免胶条和钢片的直接接触,提高胶条的使用寿命;并且各个部件都可实现自动化装配,大大节省人力,提高工作效率和质量。
