The invention discloses a special vehicle priority passing method based on vehicle-road cloud cooperation. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, installing vehicle-mounted equipment on aspecial vehicle, wherein the vehicle-mounted equipment is connected with roadside equipment through the V2X communication technology, is connected with user equipment through the wifi communication technology and is connected with a cloud control platform through the 4G/5G communication technology; installing road side equipment, a signal control machine and traffic lights at each traffic intersection, wherein the road side equipment is connected with the signal control machine through optical fibers, and the signal control machine is electrically connected with the traffic lights through electric wires; enabling the roadside equipment of each intersection to be connected with the cloud control platform through an optical fiber, wherein the cloud control platform is connected with the traffic management platform signal control system through an optical fiber; and finally, enabling the traffic management platform signal control system to be connected with the signal control machine of each intersection through an optical fiber. The whole road network information is analyzed, the states of traffic lights at all intersections are uniformly controlled, special vehicles are preferentially arranged to pass, and potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于车路云协同的特殊车辆优先通行方法,包括如下步骤:首先在特殊车辆上安装车载设备,并且该车载设备通过V2X通信技术与路侧设备连接,通过wifi通信技术与用户设备连接,通过4G/5G通信技术与云控平台连接;再在各个交通交叉路口安装路侧设备、信号控制机和红绿灯,路侧设备与信号控制机通过光纤连接,信号控制机与红绿灯通过电线电性连接;然后再将各个路口的路侧设备通过光纤与云控平台连接,该云控平台通过光纤与交管平台信号控制系统连接,最后,交管平台信号控制系统通过光纤与各个路口的信号控制机连接。本发明对整个路网信息进行分析,统一控制所有路口红绿灯状态,优先安排特殊车辆通行,减少安全隐患。
