The invention discloses an intersection overflow detection method and system, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: collecting image data of a road intersection; performing region calibration on the image data, and determining a to-be-detected region; counting the vehicles in the to-be-detected region, and determining the vehicle density in the to-be-detected region; determining the driving direction and the driving speed of the vehicle through an optical flow method, and determining a traffic flow speed; and determining an intersection overflow detection result according to the vehicle density and the traffic flow speed. Ground induction coils do not need to be installed on the ground of the road intersection, the cost is saved and the method can be suitable forvarious road sections; besides, the intersection overflow detection result can be determined in real time only by polling the camera at the road intersection within a certain period of time to obtainthe image data so that timeliness is high and the method can be widely applied to the technical field of intelligent transportation.
本发明公开了一种路口溢出检测方法、系统及存储介质,方法包括以下步骤:采集道路交叉口的图像数据;对所述图像数据进行区域标定,确定待检测区域;对待检测区域内的车辆进行统计,确定待检测区域内的车辆密度;通过光流法确定车辆的行车方向和行车速度,并确定车流速度;根据车辆密度和车流速度,确定路口溢出检测结果。本发明无需在道路交叉口的地面安装地感线圈,节约了成本,能够适用于各类路段;另外,本发明仅需在一定时间内通过轮询道路交叉口的摄像头来获取图像数据,即可实时确定路口溢出检测结果,时效性高,可广泛应用于智能交通技术领域。
