The invention relates to a water taking device of an environment monitoring unmanned aerial vehicle. The water taking device comprises a plurality of rows of water taking pipes, wherein the water taking pipes are obliquely arranged in a manner that one end is high and the other end is low, water receiving openings are formed in the high-end positions of the water taking pipes, when sample water collection is implemented, the unmanned aerial vehicle flies to the position above a specified water area, when the unmanned aerial vehicle is in a hovering state, a lifting mechanism enables a water taking device to descend to the position below a water surface to collect the sample water, then the water taking device is lifted up, the unmanned aerial vehicle is started again, the unmanned aerial vehicle flies away from the sample water sampling area, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can effectively avoid a safety risk problem existing in the sampling process.
