The invention relates to a deflection amount measuring device which is used for measuring the horizontal deflection amount of a working platform of a shearing forklift in a displacement process and comprises a first laser range finder which is arranged on a frame of the shearing forklift and has a measurement direction perpendicular to a driving plane of the shearing forklift; a second laser rangefinder which is arranged on the working platform and has a measurement direction parallel to the vertical direction; a receiving block which is fixedly arranged on the frame and comprises an inclinedplane forming a set angle with the driving plane, and an output device, wherein the projection of the inclined plane on a horizontal plane covers the projection of the second laser range finder on the horizontal plane; and the output device is in communication connection with the first laser range finder and the second laser range finder and can calculate and output the horizontal deflection amount according to the set angle and the measurement results of the first laser range finder and the second laser range finder. Based on this, the deflection amount of the shearing forklift can be rapidly and effectively measured, so that the safety of the whole machine and the accuracy of quality detection are improved, and then intelligent safety monitoring and control over the shearing forklift are achieved.

    本公开涉及一种偏摆量的测量装置,用于测量剪叉车的工作平台在位移过程中的水平偏摆量,包括:第一激光测距仪,设置于剪叉车的车架,且测量方向垂直于剪叉车的行驶平面;第二激光测距仪,设置于工作平台,且测量方向平行于竖直方向;接收块,固定设置于车架,包括与行驶平面呈设定角度的斜面,且斜面在水平面上的投影覆盖第二激光测距仪在水平面上的投影;以及输出装置,通信连接于第一激光测距仪和第二激光测距仪,能够根据设定角度、第一激光测距仪和第二激光测距仪的测量结果计算并输出水平偏摆量。基于此,本公开实施例可以快速有效的测量剪叉车的偏摆量,从而提高整机的安全性和质量检测的精准性,进而实现对剪叉车的智能安全监测与控制。
