The invention discloses a four-row lifting chain ring chain hoist applicable to high-precision rapid lifting. The chain hoist comprises an upper hook frame component with wall plates and an upper hook, a main machine body, a lower hook frame component with hook frame plates and a lower hook, lifting chains and a hoisting mechanism, wherein the main machine body with a built-in rapid driving deviceis fixed in the middle of the wall plates; the hoisting mechanism comprises an upper loose wheel shaft, an upper loose wheel, a lower loose wheel shaft and side-by-side lower loose wheels I and II; bridging plates for mounting the upper loose wheel shaft are fixedly arranged on the lower part of the wall plates; the lower loose wheel shaft is fixed in the middle of the hook frame plates; the axesof the upper loose wheel shaft and the lower loose wheel shaft are spatially perpendicular; the diameter of the indexing circle of a chain ring groove of the upper loose wheel is equal to the distance between the central planes of the positions, for meshing of the respective lifting chains, of the lower loose wheels I and II, the lifting chains which are in transmission connection with the main machine body are sequentially wound on the lower loose wheel I, the upper loose wheels and the lower loose wheel II, the head ends of chain rings are hung on the bridging plates, so that four rows of lifting chains are vertically stressed, each row of chains is not twisted, and the integral meshing precision is improved to be suitable for rapid lifting.

    本发明公开了一种可适应高精度快速升降的四行起重链环链葫芦,包括带墙板和上吊钩的上钩架部件、主机体、带钩架板和下挂钩的下钩架部件及起重链条、卷扬机构,内置快速驱动装置的主机体固定在墙板中部,该机构包括上游轮轴、上游轮、下游轮轴及并排的下游轮I、下游轮II,墙板下部间隔固定有供上游轮轴安装的桥接板,下游轮轴居中固定在钩架板上,上、下游轮轴的轴心线空间相互垂直;上游轮其链环槽分度圆的直径等于下游轮I、下游轮II各自供起重链条啮合处中心平面的间距,传动连接主机体的起重链条按序卷绕下游轮I、上游轮、下游轮II后,链环头端吊挂在桥接板,由此形成四行起重链呈垂直受力,各行链不扭斜,提升整体啮合精度以适于快升降。
