The invention discloses a pulley mechanism for an offshore platform crane. The pulley mechanism comprises a crane jib, and further comprises a pulley assembly, wherein a lifting rope system is arranged on the crane jig, the lifting rope system penetrates through the pulley assembly, a fixing shaft is arranged on the crane jib, one end of the pulley assembly is sleeved on the fixing shaft, one endof the pulley assembly is matched with the fixing shaft, and the pulley assembly rotates relative to the fixing shaft; a lifting rope limiting mechanism is movably arranged at the other end of the pulley assembly through a rotating shaft, and the lifting rope limiting mechanism rotates around the rotating shaft; and the center line of the fixing shaft is perpendicular to the center line of the rotating shaft. The pulley mechanism for the offshore platform crane has the beneficial effects that the lifting range of the crane is enlarged, and meanwhile, the wear and the impact of a lifting rope on a pulley block are reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
