The invention discloses an automatic tension monitoring device of a suspension device. The automatic tension monitoring device of the suspension device is composed of a connecting fork, a reversing fork, a plate-ring tension sensor, a middle hinge pin, a lower hinge pin and a shaft end stopping device, and is mounted between a lifting container and an automatic balancing suspension device. The connecting fork, the plate-ring tension sensor and the reversing fork are connected in series by the lower hinge pin, and the tail ends of the hinge pins are clamped by using the shaft end stopping device. The plate-ring tension sensor is connected to an explosive-proof intrinsic safety type power supply mounted in the lifting container by a cable. Under the tension action of a steel wire rope, the plate-ring tension sensor deforms elastically, and a resistance strain gage and a measuring circuit on the plate-ring tension sensor convert deformation amount into an electric signal, so that tensionof each steel wire rope is measured. The sum of tension of all the steel wire ropes is the weight lifted by a lifter. The automatic tension monitoring device is simple in structure and convenient to disassemble and assemble, and can monitor the tension of the steel wire ropes in real time and measure the lifting weight precisely.

    本发明涉及一种悬挂装置的张力自动监测装置。一种悬挂装置的张力自动监测装置由连接叉、换向叉、板环拉力传感器、中销轴、下销轴、轴端止位装置组成,安装在提升容器与自动平衡悬挂装置之间。连接叉、板环拉力传感器、换向叉通过下销轴串联,销轴尾端使用轴端止位装置卡紧。板环拉力传感器用电缆与安装在提升容器内的隔爆本安型电源连接,在钢丝绳张力作用下,板环拉力传感器产生弹性变形,其上的电阻应变片和测量电路将变形量转化为电信号,从而测得每根钢丝绳的张力,所有钢丝绳的张力之和为提升机所提重量。本发明结构简单,拆装方便,可以实时监测钢丝绳张力,精确测量提升重量。
