According to the invention, the five belt pulleys in transmission connection through the triangular belt are driven to rotate through the running micro motor; the connectedrotary vane screws rotate to scatter the particle materials entering the strip-shaped square tube out of the fan-shaped holes in the end surface of the cylinder; therefore, the device has the function of throwing substances such as granular fertilizers and the like; the problem that it is inconvenient for farmers to throw granular chemical fertilizer and other substances in a special environmentis solved, the connected strip-shaped square pipes are pushed and pulled by starting the air cylinder to be in a contraction or extension state, the two strip-shaped square pipes can be folded and unfolded inwards or outwards oppositely, and the effect of changing the size of a throwing area is achieved.
