The automatic inflation control method comprises the steps of: 1, collecting a real-time differentialpressure value in a capsule; 2, comparing the real-time pressure difference value with a preset expected pressure difference value, calculating a difference value between the real-time pressure difference value and the expected pressure difference value, and changing a control signal of a frequency converter according to the difference value, so that the frequency converter changes the rotating speed of a fan for inflating the bag body until the difference value reaches a set change range; and after the difference value reaches the set change range, controlling the difference value to be stabilized within the set change range within the set duration T. According to the invention, the automation of the inflation and pressurization operation of the aerostat capsule can be realized, the pressure difference value of the capsule after inflation molding can be accurately controlled, and the pressure difference value of the capsule is stabilized within a small change range for a long time; the aerostat capsule ground automatic inflation control method and device are relatively simple in composition, compact in structure, good in portability, high in practicability, convenient to operate,high in working reliability and low in fan working energy consumption.

    本发明公开了一种浮空器囊体地面自动充气控制方法及装置,其中自动充气控制方法包括:步骤1,采集囊体内的实时压差值;步骤2,将实时压差值与预设的期望压差值进行比较,计算实时压差值与期望压差值之间的差值,并根据差值改变变频器的控制信号,从而变频器改变用于对囊体充气的风机的转速,直至差值到达设定的变化范围内;在差值到达设定的变化范围内后,控制差值在设定时长T内稳定在设定的变化范围内。本发明能够实现对浮空器囊体的充气增压作业自动化,并且可以准确控制充气成型后囊体的压差值,将囊体的压差值长时间稳定在小幅变化范围内;组成相对简单,结构紧凑,便携性好,实用性强,操作便捷,工作可靠性高,风机工作能耗低。
