The invention provides a forklift remanufacturing method. The forklift remanufacturing method comprises the following steps of S1, vehicle disassembling, S2, part cleaning, S3, abrasion degree checking, S4, scheme making and valuation, S5, scheme confirmation and execution, S6, finished vehicle quality inspection, and S7, labeling and warehousing. The forklift remanufacturing method has the beneficial effects that the forklift remanufacturing process is simple and clear, and old forklifts can be conveniently remanufactured; the abrasion degree of each part of the forklift is detected firstly,and then whether each part is maintained or replaced or kept unchanged is evaluated according to the national standard, so that the remanufacturing process of the forklift is reasonable, and the situations that the cost is increased due to excessive replacement of new accessories or the quality of the remanufactured forklift does not reach the standard due to component replacement reduction and the like are avoided; and meanwhile, a client can clearly know the remanufacturing cost of the forklift, and different remanufacturing schemes are selected according to different requirements of the client, so that remanufacturing is carried out according to market requirements.
