The invention relates to an electric vehicle integrated thermal management system based on a phase change material, and belongs to the technical field of thermal management systems of vehicles. The system comprises a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a gas-liquid separator, a compressor, a third electromagnetic valve, a fourth electromagnetic valve, a condenser, an air conditioner pipeline, a fifth reversing valve, a throttling valve, an evaporator, a sixth reversing valve, a fan, a motor liquid cooling pipeline and a battery liquid cooling pipeline. The first electromagnetic valve, the third electromagnetic valve and the fourth electromagnetic valve are all two-position six-way electromagnetic reversing valves, and the second electromagnetic valve, the fifth electromagnetic valve and the sixth electromagnetic valve are all two-position three-way electromagnetic reversing valves. A working medium in the system is defined as perfluorohexanone with a boiling point of 53 DEG C. The electric vehicle integrated thermal management system has four working conditions, refrigeration and heating of the air conditioner are assisted while the basic performance of battery heating and cooling is met, and the waste heat of the motor is fully utilized; and the system is suitable for both pure electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles.

    本发明涉及基于相变材料的电动汽车整车集成热管理系统,属于汽车的热管理系统技术领域。所述系统包括第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀、气液分离器、压缩机、第三电磁阀、第四电磁阀、冷凝器、空调管路、第五换向阀、节流阀、蒸发器、第六换向阀、风扇、电机液冷管路、电池液冷管路;其中第一电磁阀、第三电磁阀和第四电磁阀均为二位六通电磁换向阀,第二电磁阀、第五电磁阀和第六电磁阀均为二位三通电磁换向阀;系统中的工质定为沸点53℃的全氟己酮。本发明具有四种工况,在满足电池加热和冷却的基本性能的同时,辅助空调的制冷和加热,充分利用了电机余热;本发明既适用于纯电动汽车也适用于混合电动汽车。
