To enable a roadside device to quickly, and with high accuracy, determine the risk of collision of a moving body such as a pedestrian or a vehicle. When a roadside apparatus receives from a pedestrianterminal a message including state information indicating that a pedestrian is in a dangerous situation, the roadside apparatus acquires position information of vehicles present around the pedestrianin a dangerous situation on the basis of the results of radar detection of vehicles on the road, and determines the risk that the pedestrian in a dangerous situation and a vehicle collide on the basis of the position information of the vehicles, and if there is a risk of collision, sends to the terminal a message including alarm information indicating that there is a risk of collision.

    在路侧装置中能够迅速且高精度地判定移动体发生碰撞的危险性。当路侧机从步行者终端接收到包括表示步行者为危险状态的状态信息的消息时,基于通过雷达检测道路上的车辆所得到的结果来获取存在于处于危险状态的步行者的周边的车辆的位置信息,基于该车辆的位置信息来判定车辆与处于危险状态的步行者发生碰撞的危险性,在存在发生碰撞的危险性的情况下,向终端发送包括表示存在发生碰撞的危险性的警报信息的消息。
