The invention discloses a satellite micro-vibration isolation simulation measurement system and method. The system comprises a moving trolley, a satellite, a to-be-measured vibration isolation system,equipment subjected to vibration isolation, a vibration measurement system, a quasi-zero stiffness suspension system and a vibration exciter, wherein the vibration exciter is installed on the movingtrolley and is connected with the satellite, the satellite and the equipment subjected to vibration isolation are suspended on the quasi-zero stiffness suspension system, and the to-be-measured vibration isolation system is arranged between the satellite and the equipment subjected to vibration isolation; the moving trolley simulates the weightlessness and on-orbit motion state of the satellite inspace; the to-be-measured vibration isolation system isolates the vibration of the satellite from being transmitted to the equipment subjected to vibration isolation; the quasi-zero stiffness suspension system simulates a zero gravity state; the vibration measurement system measures vibration signals of the vibration exciter and the equipment subjected to vibration isolation; vibration attenuation is obtained by comparing the vibration signals of the vibration exciter and the equipment subjected to vibration isolation, and the vibration transmissibility is obtained by calculating the ratio ofvibration signal amplitudes of the vibration exciter and the equipment subjected to vibration isolation. According to the invention, the performance of the micro-vibration isolation device on the satellite is simulated and measured on the ground, and the on-orbit operation state of satellite related equipment is evaluated.

    本发明公开了一种卫星微振动隔振模拟测量系统与方法,该系统包括运动小车、卫星、待测隔振系统、被隔振设备、振动测量系统、准零刚度悬吊系统和激振器;激振器安装在运动小车上并与卫星连接,卫星与被隔振设备均悬吊在准零刚度悬吊系统上,两者中间安装有待测隔振系统;运动小车模拟卫星在空间中的失重与在轨运动状态,待测隔振系统隔离卫星的振动传递到被隔振设备处,准零刚度悬吊系统模拟零重力状态,振动测量系统分别测量激振器与被隔振设备的振动信号,对比两者的振动信号得到振动的衰减并计算两者振动信号幅值的比值得到振动传递率。本发明在地面实现对卫星上微振动隔振装置的性能进行模拟测量,对卫星相关设备在轨运行状态进行评估。
