The invention provides a hybrid vehicle energy management method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the following steps: determining the state of charge ofa battery and the maximum torque of a drive motor when a vehicle is detected to be started; selecting a power source of the vehicle according to the state of charge of the battery and the maximum torque of the driving motor, wherein the power source of the vehicle is an internal combustion engine or a driving motor; if the selected power source of the vehicle is the internal-combustion engine, according to the state of charge of the battery, selecting the power source for starting the internal combustion engine, namely a BSG motor or starter of the internal combustion engine; determining theworking state of the internal combustion engine and the optimal working condition line diagram of the universal characteristic curve of the internal combustion engine; determining the working state ofthe driving motor according to the working state of the internal combustion engine, the optimal working condition diagram of the universal characteristic curve and the state of charge of the battery;determining the power source of the vehicle in the driving process according to the determined required driving power of the whole vehicle and the charge state of the battery, wherein the power source of the vehicle in the running process is the internal combustion engine and/or the driving motor.
