The invention discloses underwater dynamic environment test equipment and a test method for an inflatable floating device. The test equipment comprises an underwater test piece and a test auxiliary device. An air bag is arranged in the underwater test piece when not opened, and a floating platform is arranged on the water surface in a floating manner; the micro inertia is arranged in the underwater test piece. The underwater dynamic environment test method for the inflatable floating device comprises the following steps: before a test, a rope at the lower end is connected with the lower part of the floating platform by using a detacher; in the test process, the detacher is separated, the air bag is inflated after the underwater test piece reaches the specified test speed, and then the underwater ballistic characteristics of the test piece in the inflation process of the air bag are tested through the micro inertial measurement unit; a counterweight head section, a test cabin section and a stable tail section are used for forming the underwater test piece, the test auxiliary device is used for carrying out test operation and recording, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, small in equipment condition requirement, flexible and convenient to operate, accurate in test data collection and the like.
