The invention relates to an automobile seat pressure sensor, a thin-film switch sheet, a preparation method thereof and an automobile. The thin-film switch sheet comprises two circuit films and a printed resistance layer, the printed resistance layer is formed on one of insulating film layers and is positioned in a clamping and sealing region; the printed resistance layer is in short-circuit connection with two wires in a flat cable area; when the two circuit films are attached to each other to form a non-detachable film, pressure-sensitive electrodes on two inner surfaces are aligned with each other; the printed resistance layer is clamped and sealed between insulating film layers of the two circuit films; a built-in resistor of the thin-film switch sheet can detect an external sensing path by itself, the design of test welding spots can be reduced, the connection structure of the thin-film switch sheet and an electric transmission line can be simpler and elastically changed, the design of a resistor piece is thinner and softer, and the thin-film switch sheet is suitable for being assembled on an automobile seat pressure sensor. In one example, a plastic package block formed on alead side of a thin-film switch sheet can be smaller, and a solder joint can be sealed by an easy-to-mold dispensing method or an injection molding method.
