The invention discloses a hydraulic anti-falling reciprocating elevator. The reciprocating elevator comprises a lift car, an elevator shaft base and an elevator derrick; rail pulleys are installed atthe four corners of the top and the four corners of the bottom of the lift car, sliding ways connected with the rail pulleys in a sliding mode are arranged on the inner wall of the elevator derrick inthe vertical direction, the rail pulleys are installed on the lift car through an elastic mechanism, and the rail pulleys abut against the sliding ways in a sliding mode through the elastic mechanism; a plurality of hydraulic jacking cylinders are vertically installed in the elevator shaft base, and the telescopic ends of the hydraulic jacking cylinders are vertically connected with the lift car;an anti-falling mechanism is arranged on the lift car, and the anti-falling mechanism comprises an abutting column capable of transversely stretching out and drawing back; and elevator shaft abuttingplates used for clamping the abutting column in the vertical direction are arranged on the two sides of an elevator door of the elevator derrick. According to the lift car of the reciprocating elevator, a traditional chain type lifting device is replaced with the hydraulic jacking cylinders, the possibility that the lift car falls due to chain breakage is eradicated, and the lift car can be balanced through the elastic rail pulleys.

    本发明公开了一种液压防坠的往复提升机,包括轿厢、电梯井底座和电梯井架,所述轿厢的顶部和底部四角安装有轨道滑轮,电梯井架的竖直方向内壁设有与轨道滑轮滑动相接的滑道,轨道滑轮通过弹性机构安装在轿厢上,轨道滑轮通过弹性机构滑动抵压在滑道上,电梯井底座内竖直安装有多根液压顶升缸,液压顶升缸的伸缩端竖直与轿厢连接,轿厢上设有防下坠机构,防下坠机构包括可横向伸缩的抵压柱,电梯井架的电梯门两侧设有用于竖直方向卡住抵压柱的电梯井抵压板;本发明设置的轿厢通过液压顶升缸替代了传统的链式提升装置,杜绝了链条断裂轿厢坠落的可能,弹性的轨道滑轮可以平衡轿厢。
