The invention discloses a motorcycle frame structure. Left and right frame lower pipes are supported and welded below the rear reduction installation transverse pipe, the front headstock vertical pipe extends towards the rear part of the frame to form leftand right oil tank guide beam pipes, the tail ends of the oil tank guide beam pipes are welded and fixed on the outer wall surface of the rear reduction installation transverse pipe, and a weld jointB is formed between the two oil tank guide beam pipes; projections of the weld joint B and the weld joint A in the front-back direction of the vehicle are overlapped; left and right reinforcing platesare welded on the inner walls of the left and right ends of the rear reduction installation transverse pipe, and a weld joint C is formed between the left and right reinforcing plates; projections ofthe weld joint C and the weld joint A in the front-back direction of the vehicle are overlapped, or the distance between the two projections is smaller than 10 mm; through the improvement, the longitudinal rigidity, the transverse rigidity and the connecting strength of the rear part of the frame are improved, so that the stress distribution under the stress condition is effectively improved, andthe high-speed stability of the vehicle running with luggage is realized.

    本发明公开了一种摩托车车架结构,包括后减安装横管及焊接固定在其外壁面的左、右座垫导梁管,两者之间形成焊缝A,后减安装横管下方支撑焊接有左、右车架下管,车头前立管向车架后部延伸出左、右油箱导梁管,油箱导梁管尾端焊接固定在后减安装横管外壁面,两者之间形成焊缝B;焊缝B与焊缝A在车辆前后方向上的投影存在重叠;后减安装横管左、右两端的内壁焊接有左、右加强板,两者之间形成焊缝C;焊缝C与焊缝A在车辆前后方向上的投影存在重叠,或两投影之间的距离小于10mm;经过上述改进,车架后部的纵向刚度和横向刚度以及连接强度得到了提高,从而使受力情况下的应力分布得到了有效改善,实现了车辆带行李行驶时的高速稳定性。
