The invention discloses a wind power blade mold turnover lifting transporting structure. The structure comprises a square pipe assembly, a glass fiber reinforced plastic flange, a lifting belt and a tool assembly. The tool assembly is ingeniously design, under the condition that an original glass fiber reinforced plastic flange, an original upper layer square pipe and an original lower layer square pipe structure are not convenient, the tool assembly is mounted, support plates are designed to be of L-shaped structures, multiple round pipes are mounted between longitudinal parts of the supportplates, the following lifting belt path is formed, the lower side of the lifting belt is wound on the bottom of a lower layer square pipe, the upper end of the lifting belt penetrates into a cross connecting channel between the support plates and extends upwards around the outer sides of the round pipes, accordingly, through the support plates of the L-shaped structures and the round pipes mountedbetween the longitudinal parts of the support plates, the whole lifting transporting turnover lifting belt path is moved towards the outer side, a head lock buckle and the lower layer square pipe areconnected movably, assembling is achieved, accordingly, contact of the lifting belt and the glass fiber reinforced plastic flange can be effectively avoided, and damage of the glass fiber reinforcedplastic flange is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种风电叶片模具翻转吊运结构,包括方管组件、玻璃钢法兰、吊带、工装组件;本发明巧妙的设计了工装组件,在原有的玻璃钢法兰、上层方管、下层方管结构不便的情况下进行安装工装组件,将支架板设计呈L形结构,并且在支架板纵向部之间安装多个圆管,如此形成如下的吊带路径:吊带下侧绕于下层方管的底部,吊带的上端穿入支架板之间的穿接通道并绕着多个圆管的外侧向上延伸,如此通过L形结构的支架板以及支架板纵向部之间安装的圆管将整个吊运翻转的吊带路径向外侧进行了移动,通过头部锁扣和下层方管进行活动连接,实现装配,如此可有效避免吊带与玻璃钢法兰的接触,防止玻璃钢法兰的损坏。
