The invention discloses a flood disaster unmanned aerial vehicle emergency response scheduling method. The method comprises the following steps: 1, based on a digital elevation model of a flood risk area, obtaining a flood inundation range line of the flood risk area through calculation according to flood water level or flood water volume parameters; 2, acquiring real-time state information of theunmanned aerial vehicle capable of being called near the flood risk area; 3, acquiring real-time population position data in the flood inundation range line, and calculating to obtain real-time population density; and 4, starting optimal unmanned aerial vehicle monitoring task scheduling scheme calculation according to the occurred situation, calculating to obtain an optimal unmanned aerial vehicle monitoring task scheduling scheme by taking the completion of the unmanned aerial vehicle monitoring task at the lowest task execution risk in the shortest time as a target, and rapidly schedulingthe corresponding unmanned aerial vehicle to execute the corresponding monitoring task according to the scheme. The method has the advantage that the implementation efficiency of population emergencyrescue and monitoring tasks is maximized under the influence of flood.

    本发明公开了一种洪灾无人机应急响应调度方法。它包括如下步骤,步骤一:基于洪灾风险区的数字高程模型,根据洪水水位或洪水水量参数,解算得到所述洪灾风险区的洪水淹没范围线;步骤二:获取所述洪灾风险区附近可供调用的无人机实时状态信息;步骤三:获取所述洪水淹没范围线内的实时人口位置数据,并计算得到实时人口密度;步骤四:根据出现的情况启动最佳无人机监测任务调度方案计算,以在最短时间内、最低的任务执行风险完成无人机监测任务为目标而计算得到最佳无人机监测任务调度方案,并根据此方案迅速调度相应无人机执行相应监测任务。本发明具有实现受洪灾影响人口应急救援及监测任务实施效率的最大化的优点。
