The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic control, in particular to a vehicle common driving route acquiring method and a vehicle common driving route acquiring device. The vehicle common driving route acquiring method comprises the steps of: acquiring time intervals of vehicles passing through a detection point position in a database vehicle passing table through vehicleinformation, and then acquiring a time interval average value through adopting a method of averaging; calculating to obtain a time interval standard deviation through adopting a Bessel formula basedon the time interval and the time interval average value; when a difference value between the (m+1) th time interval of the vehicle and the average value of the m-th time interval is greater than three times of the m-th time interval standard deviation, determining that a m-th detection point position is a single-time travel destination of the vehicle, and acquiring a single-time vehicle travel path through recognition; and identifying in a database to obtain a single-time vehicle travel path set based on the same starting point and destination, and screening the single-time vehicle travel path with the highest content repetition frequency, so as to determine the single-time vehicle travel path as a common vehicle travel path of the vehicle.
