The invention discloses a vehicle and an engine cooling system thereof. The engine cooling system comprises an engine and a cooling pump providing a cooling medium, the engine is provided with a firstmedium outlet allowing the cooling medium to flow out, and the first medium outlet can communicate to a turbine of a turbocharger so as to make cooling medium steam flowing out from the first mediumoutlet drive the turbine; and the engine cooling system further comprises a waste heat recycling device, the turbine is provided with a second medium outlet allowing a cooling medium driving the turbine to flow out, the second medium outlet communicates with an inlet of the waste heat recycling device, and an outlet of the waste heat recycling device communicates with the cooling pump. According to the vehicle and the engine cooling system thereof, the cooling system is in a large cycle, the cooling medium becomes the steam, the steam is used for driving the turbine, and thus increasing of exhaust resistance due to turbocharging demands is relieved; the steam is also generated in a low-speed working condition, and is continuously used for driving the turbine, limitation to turbocharging inthe low-speed working condition is relieved, and the heat load of the turbocharger can further be reduced; and the waste heat recycling device is arranged to make energy be utilized more fully.

    本发明公开一种车辆及其发动机冷却系统,发动机冷却系统包括发动机、提供冷却介质的冷却泵、发动机设有供冷却介质流出的第一介质出口,第一介质出口能够连通至涡轮增压器的涡轮,以使自第一介质出口流出的冷却介质蒸汽驱动涡轮;还包括余热回收装置,涡轮设有供驱动涡轮的冷却介质流出的第二介质出口,第二介质出口连通余热回收装置的入口,余热回收装置的出口连通冷却泵。本方案利用冷却系统在大循环下,冷却介质会成为蒸汽,将蒸汽用于驱动涡轮,改善涡轮增压需求造成的排气阻力上升;而且,在低速工况下也会产生蒸汽,持续用于驱动涡轮,改善低速工况对涡轮增压的限制,还可涡轮增压器的热负荷。设置余热回收装置使得能量得到更加充分的利用。
