The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, in particular to a redundant rope winding method for a steel wire rope. A coiling block, a balancing beam, a fixed pulley block and a movablepulley block, and a lifting hood arranged on the movable pulley block which are arranged from top to bottom are included. A rope out end of one steel wire rope is fixed to each of two sides of the coiling block, each steel wire rope bypasses the movable pulley block and the fixed pulley block, separately, and a rope withdrawing end of each steel wire rope is fixed to the balancing beam; and the rope out end and the rope withdrawing end of each steel wire rope are located on two sides of the lifting hook. The rope winding mode is simple to operate and convenient to use, and has a redundant function. The lifting hook can be still kept stable without deflection after one steel wire is broken.

    本发明涉及起吊技术领域,尤其涉及一种钢丝绳冗余绕绳方法,包括自上而下布置的卷筒、平衡梁、定滑轮组和动滑轮组、以及设置于动滑轮组上的吊钩;所述卷筒的两侧分别固定有一条钢丝绳的出绳端头且每一所述钢丝绳分别绕经动滑轮组和定滑轮组中,每一所述钢丝绳的收绳端头分别固定于平衡梁上;每一所述钢丝绳的出绳端头和收绳端头均位于吊钩的两侧,本绕绳方式,操作简单,使用方便,具有冗余功能并且能够在一根钢丝绳断裂后任然能保持吊钩稳定不偏斜。
