The invention discloses a tensioning device for a coal mine endless rope winch. The tensioning device comprises a frame, wherein a weight is arranged in the frame; the two ends of the weight are fixedly connected with an endless rope winch cable; a first induction rod and a second induction rod are respectively and transversely arranged on the outer sides of the two sides of the frame, and connected through a plurality of transmission steel wire ropes which are in tightening states and arranged around the bottom of the frame; when the endless rope winch cable is in a tensioning state, the weight is in the frame; and when the endless rope winch cable is loosened, the weight falls to the transmission steel wire ropes in the tightening states at the bottom end of the frame, then the first induction rod and the second induction rod act along with the transmission steel wire ropes, and electric signals are transmitted to an editable controller to control the endless rope winch to brake. Thetensioning device has the beneficial effects that the two induction devices ensure the safety and reliability of the endless rope winch, the number of the required weights and the installation heightof the weight are reduced, and the labor intensity is greatly reduced; and the induction rods can be repeatedly used, so that the investment in materials is greatly reduced, the production cost is reduced, and the material cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种用于煤矿无极绳绞车的张紧装置,包括框架,框架内设置有两端与无极绳绞车钢丝绳固接的坠砣,框架两侧外侧分别横向设置绕过框架底部设置的多组绷紧状态的传动钢丝绳连接的第一感应杆和第二感应杆,无极绳绞车钢丝绳张紧状态时坠砣置于框架内,无极绳绞车钢丝绳松弛时,坠砣坠落至框架底端绷紧状态的传动钢丝绳,第一感应杆和第二感应杆随传动钢丝绳动作,将电信号传输至可编辑控制器控制无极绳绞车制动,本发明的有益效果是:两组感应装置保障了无极绳绞车的安全、可靠,减少了所需坠砣的数量,降低了坠砣的安装高度,大大减轻了劳动强度,感应杆可重复多次利用,大大减少了材料方面的资金投入,降低了生产成本,节约了材料费。
