The invention discloses a super-lifting device. The super-lifting device comprises a super-lifting fixed end and a super-lifting telescopic end; the connecting modes of the super-lifting fixed end andthe super-lifting telescopic end comprise that the super-lifting fixed end and the super-lifting telescopic end through a telescopic mechanism or a lengthened section, and the super-lifting fixed endand the super-lifting telescopic end through a rotary connecting part. A crane comprises a lifting arm, a vehicle frame chassis and a rotary table; the rotary table is arranged at the end part of thevehicle frame chassis; the lifting arm is connected to the rotary table; and the super-lifting device is connected to the lifting arm. According to the super-lifting device, a length adjusting methodis implemented, the working length of the super-lifting device is increased in the situation of limited overall crane layout space, and the rigidity of a boom system is improved, so that the liftingperformance of the crane can be greatly improved.
